or any other connection to the internet. Please bear in mind therefore that NexByte cannot guarantee that you will be able to
access your site due to problems with a third party provider as these would circumstances beyond our control.
We guarantee that our shared web servers will be up and functioning 99.9% of the time per month. Most responsible providers require a safety net
of .1% each month on shared servers to allow for application of essential patches, repairs and unforeseen events that may arise.

In order to receive a credit you must do the following:
1) Document your web site downtime in writing.
2) Have your web site downtime verified by NexByte (we monitor our services 24/7).
