In the current economic climate it is a serious consideration to cut back in on-site IT expenditure and to consider out sourcing both application servers and email services to company like ours. We currently run numerous application servers and mail services for a number of high profile customers.

All of our equipment is based in our own rack within a private suite in Telehouse Europe, London Docklands. We are one of very few companies based in Wales that can boast their own BGP4 network.  Currently we manage almost forty servers and over 900 domains for a range of customers from local authorities to large corporates.

Why Telehouse?

Telehouse is the one of the top UK data centres and as a hosting company based in Telehouse we enjoy large amounts of bandwidth and redundancy with the ability to peer with most of the UKs top transit providers. This bandwidth and redundancy would not be available from any other locations closer to home. 

As you may have guessed we don't offer the standard off-the-shelf dedicated hosting packages that most hosting companies offer.  What we do endeavour to provide is the best levels of service and support and completely flexible packages tailored exactly to your requirements. Your hosting running the way you want it from remote application servers, remote exchange installs to simple web server setups with a control panel of choice installed. We are happy to be as involved or un-involved as you require when it come to managing your dedicated server(s) or network from Telehouse - whatever your level of experience we would be happy to help with your dedicated hosting project.

We have considerable experience with both Windows and Linux and can provide any subsidiary services that may be required from DNS, Inbound Mail Gateways to system backups taking the pain out of setup and management and ensuring all the essential redundancy expected by larger clientelle. For those customers that prefer to have a control panel installed on their dedicated server we have developed all of our subsiduary services to work hand in hand with Plesk. This integration allows either Linux or Windows Plesk installs to work with our DNS and inbound Mail Exchanges taking load off the customers Plesk installs thus ensuring stronger performance and higher levels of redundancy (with inbound mail etc) not available with a standard install.  Using our subsiduary services means your Plesk install can get on with doing what a web server should be doing - serving web pages rather than running heavy weight Spam Filtering and everything else!
