All design and development work is carried out on-site with our own design and programming team. We do not out source any work and this enables us to maintain the highest quality and most importantly full interaction with our customers at all times. This also ensures that delivery dates are met on time and on budget. Keeping everything on schedule and maintaining quality are allways a lot more difficult for any "agencies" simply farming out project work elsewhere.
Our development and support team is based in Pembrokeshire, South Wales. Our hosting network spans two London data centres. Unlike most of our competitors we run all of our own services which now include almost forty servers both dedicated and shared from our own rack in a private suite in the UKs top data-centre Telehouse, Europe. This infrastructure provides us with the ultimate levels of redundancy and the ability to offer tailored solutions to satisfy most potential customers from small to large.
NexByte are proud to be one of the few small/medium size UK development and hosting companies to boast their own BGP4 routed network. We take bandwidth from multiple providers therefore if one of our network links fails then all data will be routed over other links to ensure excellent uptime and quality of service.
