 Connectivity

We have connections to several transit providers and exchange points to ensure the consistency and quality of service you expect. Running our own redundant BGP4 routed network to ensure your data always takes the shortest available route to the end user, this also means if one of our network links fails then all data will be routed over other links to ensure excellent uptime and quality of service.

As well as redundant links to the internet, we also keep hot spares of all switches and firewalls so any hardware failures can be quickly rectified and downtime minimised. Our core routers run in a hot failover mode, so that if one were to fail the other would take over within seconds to ensure no loss of service.

Our network spans two London Datacentres and takes advantage of multiple connections to the internet, not reliant on a single provider.
